Recording my rides

Trailrunner

My plan is to record each ride done on this site, as a log of what I am doing, with the aim of helping me see some progress.

Up to now I have been logging each ride as a GPS route, then adding the data to GPSies (not all my rides to date are on GPSies) and to Trailrunner on my mac. I am going to post a full review of Trailrunner at a later date.

The benefit to me already, is I can see some improvement. I have ridden the same ride twice and have covered the same distance in a shorter time. I have also varied the routes (more hills, longer distances etc) and been able to track speed and pace. I find data logging and information gathering appeals to my geek side, but also keeps me interested.
